Crew matters more than the vehicle
All our drivers on hill routes have a minimum of 10 years of mountain driving experience. They know every blind curve, every safe overtaking spot, and every petrol pump that's actually open at 2 AM.
The patient comes first — always
For long mountain transfers, we send a paramedic-equipped vehicle even for routine cases. Reason: if the road closes mid-journey, you want IV access, oxygen, and a trained attendant on board. There's no "calling for backup" on a Doda hairpin.
What families should pack
- All current medication + prescription copies
- Recent test reports
- A warm blanket (cabins can get cold)
- Patient's ID + Aadhaar copy
- Cash for tolls (some still don't accept UPI)
